This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of [ ], 2018 by and between Asia Times Holdings Limited., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), and [ ], an individual (the “Executive”).
