This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of October 26, 2018 by and between Harvest Oil & Gas Corp., a Delaware corporation (hereafter the "Company") and Ryan Stash ("Employee"). The Company and Employee are referred to herein individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties."
