This Distributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 17th day of May, 2017 by and between SMART RX SYSTEMS, INC., a Florida corporation, with its principal place of business at Red Bug Lake Road, Suite 256, Winter Springs, Florida 32708, U.S.A.
