THIS SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of August 24, 2018 (this “Agreement”), is by and between China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), and CITIC Capital MB Investment Limited, a company organized and existing under the Laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Investor”).
