This FEE WAIVER AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), as amended from time to time, is made effective as of the 15th day of June 2017 by and between EULAV Asset Management (the “Adviser”), EULAV Securities LLC (the “Distributor”) and Value Line Core Bond Fund (the “Fund”).
