This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT, dated as of April 27, 2017 (this “Agreement”), is by and between Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“EEP” or “Seller”), and Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EECI” or “Buyer”).
