THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective July 21, 2016, by and between Apollo Medical Management, Inc., a California corporation (the “Employer”), and Mihir Shah (the “Employee”). Together, the Employer and Employee are individually sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. The Employer, together with any one or more of its Affiliates (as defined in Section 6), is sometimes referred to collectively herein as the “Company”.
