This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated 1/15 , 2016 is made by and between MyECheck, Inc., a Wyoming corporation whose address is 2600 East Bidwell Street, Folsom, Suite 190 CA 95630, (“MyECheck”), Secure Account Service, LLC and whose address is PO Box 1110, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 (“Company”).

THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AND AGENCY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into on this 18th day of February, 2016, by and between MYECHECK, INC., a Wyoming corporation ("MyECheck") hereinafter referred to as ‘Licensor”, whose principal place of business is 2600 East Bidwell St., Suite 190, Folsom, California, 95630, USA, and Centric Gateway Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with registration number RC1003424 (“Licensee”), and having its principal place of business at 15 Olusesan Adetula Street Surulere Lagos, MyECheck shall be referred to as the Licensor while Centric Gateway Ltd. as Licensee.

THIS RESELLER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between MyECheck, Inc (“MYEC”), with its principal place of business located at 2600 East Bidwell, Suite 190, Folsom, CA. 95628, and Leigh Kristen Capital, Inc. (the "Reseller") with offices at 2305 Historic Decatur Rd, Suite 100 , in the United States of America, shall become effective on the date executed by a duly authorized representative of MYEC (the “Effective Date”). MYEC and Reseller shall be collectively known hereafter as the “Parties”.
