The undersigned, Sensus Healthcare, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (collectively with its predecessor, Sensus Healthcare, LLC, the “Company”), hereby confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Northland Securities, Inc. and Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner, Inc.
