THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as this “AGREEMENT”), originally entered into on the 1st day of July, 2005, previously amended and restated in its entirety as of December 30, 2008 and hereby amended and restated in entirety effective July 1, 2014 by and between United Community Bank, a savings bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America (hereinafter referred to as the “BANK”), and W. Michael McLaughlin, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYEE”).
