This COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of July 27, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Stellar Biotechnologies Inc., a California corporation (“SBI”), and Ostiones Guerrero, SA de CV (“OG”).
