This Agreement (the “Agreement”) clarifies and restates the Separation Agreement entered into between Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company” or “we” or “us”) and Ted W. Rollins (“you”) relating to the termination of your employment effective November 3, 2014 (the “Separation Agreement”). The Separation Agreement is ambiguous as to the timing of the severance payments payable to you thereunder and has been clarified as set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes our entire understanding regarding the terms of your separation and supersedes and replaces the Separation Agreement in its entirety.
