This Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of American Energy Capital Partners – Energy Recovery Program, LP formerly known as American Energy Capital Partners, LP, dated as of April 29, 2015, is entered into by and between American Energy Capital Partners GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the General Partner, together with any other Persons who currently are or who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
