This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 12, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between MATINAS BIOPHARMA HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Douglas F. Kling (the “Executive”).
