This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and executed as of September 24, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and IGI Laboratories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
