THIS SINGLE FAMILY HOMES PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 11, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS LISTED ON SCHEDULE I HERETO (collectively, “Seller”) and REVEN HOUSING FLORIDA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
