THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (this “Agreement”) of AMERICAN REALTY CAPITAL HEALTHCARE TRUST OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P.
