This Voting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of [______________], 2013 by and among Lone Oak Acquisition Corporation, a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), and each of the individuals and entities signatory hereto (each a “Voting Party” and collectively, the “Voting Parties”).
