THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into and made to be effective as of October 25, 2012, (the "Effective Date") by and between DGSE COMPANIES, INC. (formerly Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, Inc.), a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and James J. Vierling, an executive employee of the Company ("Executive"; the Company and Executive are collectively referred to as the "Parties").
