(“Borrower”), whose address for purposes of notice is, 5200 Town Center Circle, Suite 601, Boca Raton, FL 33486 promises to pay to Michael Hansen (“Lender”), without grace at his office at PO Box 283612, Dubai, UAE or such other place as Lender may direct, in lawful money of the United States of America, with interest, the principal amount of Two Hundred and Twenty Three Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($223,000.00), together with interest at the Applicable Rate.
