THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into this 26th day of September, 2011, to be effective as of September 14, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Red Mountain Resources, Inc., a Florida corporation, and/or its successors (the “Company”) and Tommy W.
