This agreement is dated as of July 6, 2011 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between Mace Security Products, Inc. (the “Borrower”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (together with its successors and assigns, the “Bank”). The provisions of this agreement are effective on June 15, 2011 (the “Effective Date”).
