THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 1, 2011, by and among FRANKLIN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, a federally-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), STEVEN R. LOHR (the “Executive”), and FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation and the holding company of the Bank, solely as guarantor (the “Corporation”).
