This Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of ___________, 201X, (“Date of Grant”), by Applied Energetics, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company” or “Applied Energetics”) and ___________________ (the “Grantee”).
