This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 18, 2011, among EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), EQUIFAX LIMITED, a limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“Equifax Limited”), EQUIFAX CANADA INC., a company organized under the laws of Canada (“Equifax Canada”), EQUIFAX LUXEMBOURG S.À.R.L., a limited liability company organized under the laws of Luxembourg (“Equifax Luxembourg”), certain other Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries of the Company from time to time party hereto (each of Equifax Canada, Equifax Limited, Equifax Luxembourg and each such Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, a “Designated Borrower” and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers”, and each a “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer.
