THIS AGREEMENT dated as of the 8th Day of August, 2010 to be effective as of the 24th Day of August 2010, and amended on January 18, 2011with amendments effective on January 01, 2011(the effective date) by and between, Debut Broadcasting Corporation, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”) and Ronald Heineman (the “Executive” or “Participant”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Employer agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
