REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of October 19, 2010 is entered into among PPL ENERGY SUPPLY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the LENDERS party hereto from time to time and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent.
