(“TechMedia ” or the “Company”), having its principle office at 62 Upper Cross Street #04-01, Singapore 058353 and Mr. Joseph Noel, (hereinafter called “Consultant”), an individual having his principal place of business at 1155C Arnold Drive, Suite 168, Martinez, Ca 94553.
