THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, made as of the 31st day of March, 2010, by and between SUPERIOR MATERIALS, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Superior”) and BWB, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“BWB and together with Superior, collectively, “Companies” and individually, a “Company”) and COMERICA BANK (herein called “Bank”).
