This Management Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective the 1st day of August 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between White Mountain Titanium Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“WMTC”), and Chapelle Capital Corp., a corporation created under the laws of British Columbia, Canada (the “Service Provider”).
