THIS INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 5th day of November, 2009, by and between YTB INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, by and on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Corporation”), and ANDREW J. WILDER (“Indemnitee”), a member of the board of directors of the Corporation.
