This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) has been executed by the subscriber set forth in the signature page attached hereto (the “Subscriber”) in connection with the private placement offering (the “Offering”) of a minimum of 2,000,000 and a maximum of 3,000,000 shares (the “Shares”) of common stock, $0.001 par value per share (the “Common Stock”), of Loreto Resources Corporation (formerly known as Loreto Corporation), a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”), at a purchase price of $1.00 per Share.
