This Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of Hardscrabble Data Solutions, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into effective as of the 29th day of August, 2008, by and among the parties whose names are set forth as Members on Exhibit “A” attached hereto (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
