This Agreement was concluded between the Limited Liability Company (OOO) Gornaya Corporatsia Zbaykalgeoprom, referred to in Contract No. UV/ZGP-2 of November 5, 2006 hereafter as the “Seller”, in the person of Director General V. I. Feldbush, acting on the basis of the Charter, for the first party, and the Limited Liability Company (OOO) UniverKompani, referred to in the above Contract hereafter as the “Purchaser”, in the person of General Director E.
