THIS AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL SECURITY AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of August 22, 2007 (this “Amendment”) by and between Karat Platinum LLC (“Debtor”) and Sentra Consulting Corp. (“Secured Party”).
