This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 15, 2006 (“Effective Date”), is between Competitive Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Dr. Michael E. Kiley (the “Executive”).
