This Consultancy Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 17 day of October, 2005, by and between Freemind Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 423 Brookline Avenue # 124 Boston, MA 02215, USA (the “Consultant”), and Advaxis, Inc, with a principal place of business at 675 Route 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 (the “Company”).
