THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement") is entered into this 31st day of August, 2005, by and between JON A. ARNESEN (“Employee”) and NEVADA GOLD & CASINOS, INC., a Nevada corporation with headquarters in Houston, Texas (“Employer”).
