This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 30, 2005, by and among Mobilepro Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and The Bethell Family Trust, under Trust Agreement dated June 1, 1993 (the “Stockholder”).
