THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, dated as of October 10, 2023 (this “Agreement”), is made by and among Stockholm Parent, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Parent”), Stockholm Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned Subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), and StarTek, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
