THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made in New York, New York as of January 20, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between SIGA Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Robin E. Abrams (“Executive”).
