Reference is made to the Indenture, dated as of [●], 2018 (the “Indenture”), among Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A., as Issuer (the “Company”), Delaware Trust Company, as Trustee, Co-Registrar, Principal Paying Agent and Transfer Agent, and Banco Santander Río S.A., as Registrar, Paying Agent and Transfer Agent. Terms used but not defined herein and defined in the Indenture or in Regulation S or Rule 144 under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture or in Regulation S or in Rule 144, as the case may be.
