THIS AGREEMENT is made as of June 30, 2018 by and between Third Avenue Trust, an open‑end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”) (the “Fund”), and Third Avenue Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Administrator”). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Appendix A.
