THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 23rd day of March, 2012, between TREDEGAR CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation (the “Company”) and KEVIN A. O’LEARY (the “Executive”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Section 4.
