This amendment dated as of October 1, 2022 (the “Amendment”) amends that certain Global Custodial Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated December 21, 2012, between Citibank, N.A. (the “Custodian”) and Dimensional Emerging Markets Value Fund (the “Client”).

This amendment dated December 23, 2021 is made by the parties to the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement entered into on October 3, 2012, as subsequently amended, (the "Agreement") between Dimensional Emerging Markets Value Fund (the "Fund") and State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Transfer Agent”). Capitalized terms used in this amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Agreement.
