THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of April 1, 2017 (“Commencement Date”), by and between Robert Garcia (the “Executive”) and Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Executive and the Company agree that the Employment Agreement dated as of January 1, 2015 between the Company and the Executive shall be terminated as of March 31, 2017.
