FOR VALUE RECEIVED, each of the undersigned, Golfview Holdings LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Golfview”), and Trousdale Health Holdings, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Trousdale”; Golfview and Trousdale, each, a “Borrower” and, together, “Borrowers”), jointly and severally, unconditionally promises to pay to the order of RBS ASSET FINANCE, INC. (“Lender”) the principal sum of TWENTY‑ONE million FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY‑FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($21,525,000), which is the original principal amount of the Loan made by Lender on the date hereof.
