Quebec Street, Suite 135, Englewood, Colorado (“EasyWeb”), ZIOPHARM, Inc., a Delaware corporation having a place of business located at Suite 1920, 1180 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York (“ZIOPHARM”), and ZIO Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation having a place of business located at 6025 S. Quebec Street, Suite 135, Englewood, Colorado (“ZAC”).
