INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, effective October 11, 2010, by and between Calvert Asset Management Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered as an investment Advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (the "Advisor"), and KLEINWORT BENSON INVESTORS INTERNATIONAL LTD, an Irish corporation, registered as an Investment Adviser under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and regulated by the Irish Financial Regulator under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995, (as amended (the "Subadvisor").

(Daryn) Dodson IV (“Dodson”).
