This SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made on October 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Catalina Marketing Corporation (“Catalina”) and __________________________ (“you”). When this Agreement refers to your employment with or obligations to Catalina, that reference means not only Catalina but also its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors and successors (the “Group”).
